CuteShot?
Back in the day when you wanted to send a postcard to a family member or to a friend, you had to go out, purchase a nice postcard, then mail it. Nowadays it is a lot simpler than that. Thanks to apps such as the Offsiteteam-developed CuteShot you don’t have to leave your house and go to a shop to get a nice postcard; you don’t have to bother with snail mail either.
By using CuteShot you can come up with a cute, personalized postcard by simply taking out your iPhone. This app allows you to easily create a postcard then share it with your friends.
It is incredibly easy to use the app – which is nice as I don’t think anyone would be willing to go through a steep learning curve to get accustomed to an app. As I was saying, it is incredibly easy to use CuteShot; just take a pic, select a template, write down a message of your choosing, and send it out. You can send a postcard via email, via popular social networking site Facebook, and via popular micro-blogging site Twitter.
The CuteShot app, with its large selection of templates you could use to create custom postcards, is available for purchase in the App Store for two bucks ($1.99 at the time of writing this). To get a feel for what the app is like without parting with your money, you can get the Free version. Please note that the Free version lets you save postcards in the app only; you cannot save them to the gallery and you cannot send them via email, Facebook or Twitter.
So to recap, CuteShot is easy to use, offers a large selection of templates you can use to create custom postcards, and it is offered at a low price (there’s a Free version as well).
